How can I schedule an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?

Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Your privacy and trust are of the utmost importance to us. Any access to your information by third parties is strictly contingent upon the explicit consent of the client.
What happens during the first therapy session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your concerns, goals, and establish a plan for moving forward.
How long is a typical therapy session?
Sessions typically last 45 minutes for individual therapy, 60 minutes for the first session (intake) and 60-90 minutes for couples or group sessions.
Can I bring someone with me to the session?
Yes, if you feel it would be beneficial, you're welcome to bring a support person to your session.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We recognize that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel appointments, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please be aware that a late cancellation fee of 50 AWG applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. In the case of reoccurrence of no-show or late cancellation within 24 hours, advance payment might be required before scheduling additional sessions. Further occurrences of no-show or late cancellation may lead to treatment discontinuation, as consistent attendance is crucial for maintaining treatment quality and effectiveness.
Do you offer virtual (online) sessions?
Yes, we offer virtual sessions for those who prefer or require remote counseling. For a smooth operation, please ensure you have a private space, stable internet connection, and headphones ready.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payments can be made at the end of each session. We accept cash and online payments.
What age groups do you work with?
We work with individuals of all ages, from children to seniors.
Do you provide workshops for businesses?

What are the costs associated with your services?
- Individual Counseling Session Fee: Our fees for individual counseling sessions are 195 Florin for the initial intake session and 175 Florin (100 Dollar) for each subsequent session for basic mental health care (basis GGZ).
For specialized mental health care (SGGZ) our fees are 275 Florin (157 Dollar) for the intake and subsequent sessions. - Couples or Group Therapy Session Fee: For couples therapy sessions the fee is 350 Florin per session, the fee for Group Therapy Sessions is 125 Florin.
- Workshops and Training Programs: The cost for workshops and training programs may vary. Please contact us directly for detailed information on pricing.
- Letters: The cost for letters upon request starts at 50 Florin. If you have any specific inquiries or if you'd like a detailed breakdown of the costs, feel free to reach out to us directly.
- Psychological Assessment (Diagnostiek): The cost for psychological assessment may vary, please feel free to reach out to us directly, schedule an intake session for more personalized information and screening.
What languages are available for therapy sessions?
We offer therapy sessions in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
